Leads are not to be on sold or distributed to any parties other than the subscribing broker under any circumstances.
Credit purchased is non refundable and can only be used to purchase leads from this website.

Not all leads will be converted into applications, nor will all leads be interested in your services. It is a numbers game and leads must be contacted in significant numbers to achieve significant returns.
The Best Brokers website is promoted throughout Australia. Leads are generated on a random basis that falls over time in approximate line with the population spread in Australia. As such we make no guarantee that leads will be generated or become available in any specific postcode area.
Refunds
Refunds can be obtained via the lead refund tool available in the members section and can only be requested on the basis that the lead contains false or bogus information and or the lead is not contactable via the information provided. It is expected that members will attempt all methods of communication with the enquirer before requesting a refund. To obtain a refund the terms of refund outlined in the refund tool process must also be adhered to and are subject to change at any time.
Any breach of these terms of use is grounds for immediate termination of subscription and further legal action against the offender.
