For most of us a home loan will be the single largest commitment we will ever have to make, so before you build or buy a home, it is a good idea to spend some time getting to know the various types and sources of home finance that are available. Choosing the right home loan that best serves your needs and at a competitive price can be an extremely daunting task. I love to make it easier for you.

My role is to ensure that you receive the assistance and necessary financial advice regarding:

• The different types of home loans available
• Provide informative comparisons between various lending institutions
•  Pre qualify you prior to presenting the loan application to the financier
• Complete the loan application and obtain finance approval
• Tailor the loan to suit you & the financier

We do not charge you any fees. We are paid an administration fee by the Lending institution for each loan that settles. In other words, you pay no more by dealing through Select Mortgage Services than if you dealt directly with the Lender.
