Ian has over 24 years experience in the finance industry and i hold accreditation with over 30 residential lenders plus a number of commercial and personal finance providers. With this experience comes a unique ability to focus on understanding my clients immediate financing needs and future financial goals.

When I consider what lender or lenders may suit the client my focus is on the product price and service offered by those lenders. If the lender does not have a focus on giving the client the service that is expected then an alternative may be offered.

Our focus is always to the clients needs. I am paid by the lenders so I believe there is not a a need to be charging a client a brokerage fee for my services.
